Ulle Hadding studied at the Film Akademy Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg in the department Director of Photography and achieved her diploma in 2003. Besides numerous documentary, fiction and animation films for television and cinema as cinematographer, Ulle is also working as a director and DOP for commercials, imagefilms and musicvideo clips. Oscar-Nomination for „The Gruffalo“ 2011. „Parkour“ Preselection for German LOLA 2010, Kodak Eastman Sponsorship Prize 2009 for „Parkour“, Praiseworthy Mention at Femme Totale 2005 for „Alles in Ordnung“, Prize for Best Cinematography at Filmfest Dresden 2001 for „Militärisches Sperrgebiet“.
