
”My aim is not only to make a nice image, it’s leading the audience closer to that what constitutes a strong picture: presence, intensity, passion.” Siri Klug studied cinematography at the “German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb)”. Her works can be seen at festivals worldwide and have achieved several awards like the German Feature Length Documentary Award 2015 and IDFA Amsterdam 2013. Since 2010 she works as lecturer at various film schools. As cinematographer she has realized projects in French Guiana, in the rainforest of the Congo Basin, in Uganda, Vietnam, Russia and in the USA.
