Sabine studied Cinematography at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. She works in fiction and documentary and her works won multiple awards e.g. Student Academy Award silver 2016 („Where the Wood Ends“), the Michael-Ballhaus-Prize for best cinematography 2019 (“Off Season”), the Doc Alliance Award 2021 (“The blunder of love”), the Fipresci award 2023 at Filmfest Munich (“Fossil). Sabine was a Berlinale Talent 2022 and is a member of the austrian association of cinematographers (AAC), the german filmacademy (DFA), the european filmacademy (EFA) and board member of Cinematographinnen - Women* Cinematographers Network.
