Conny Beißler studied film at the Fachhochschule Dortmund completing her studies in 2008 with a diploma in cinematography. After film school, alongside her work as a cinematographer, she also taught and since 2009 she has been a lecturer at various universities in cinematography and lighting. Her activities as a DOP and teacher cover both documentary and fiction for TV and cinema in diverse formats. She works in Germany and also internationally.
