Carina Neubohn was born in Germany, Paderborn in 1986. After her academic training to become a technical design assistant, she completed her in-company training as a media designer in image and sound at the CHBP Gesellschaft für Bild und Ton mbH in Cologne. During her training, she already specialised in camerawork and shot several short films on her own at the same time. In 2016, she successfully completed her camera studies at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg and is now working as a freelance cinematographer. Since the spring of 2017, she has been working as a scientific and artistic employee in the field of image design and camera at the Academy of Media Arts Cologne.
