Sina Diehl (*1989 in Gießen) pursues the goal of being clear and careful with her camera work - taking her curiosity as a driving force and finding the special in the ordinary. She has been working as a camerawoman since 2012 and has filmed in more than 30 countries. In 2024 she graduated from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg with the documentary “Moria Six” and the scenic feature film “Orbit”. She uses her documentary research as research for her own screenplays and has been funded as an author by Hessenfilm since May 2024. In both her material and her images, she seeks a balance between humor and metaphor. Sina Diehl has worked on films that have won the Grimme Prize or the German Business Film Award, among others, and have received national and international awards.
