Doro Götz is interested in any interhuman connection, this is the heart of her work, behind the camera and in front of it. This creates the magic she strives for in her pictures. Through her photography she realized she wants to tell multilayered stories in collaboration with others. A question that drives Doro is how things can change. Since then her works covers narrative, documentary and commercial films.2018 she graduated in cinematography from the University for Film and Television Munich. For her work on the critically acclaimed documentary LOST IN FACE, directed by Valentin Riedl, Doro was awarded the International Price for cinematographers at the IFFF COLOGNE. In 2022 her cinematography on the film FLÜGEL AUS BETON, directed by Lea Becker, received a nomination for the prestigious DEUTSCHER KAMERAPREIS 2022. The comedy series ANGEMESSEN ANGRY, directed by Elsa van Damke, premiered 2024 at the FILMFEST MUNICH and won the Price for best series at the TELEVISIONALE 2024. Doro lives in Berlin.
